Terms of use
This is a draft. Pinda isn't open yet, so it isn't in effect.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
The service
Pinda lets photographers collect reference photos on boards and share them through view-only links. Viewers don't need an account.
Your account and purchase
- One Kurio account per person, used for Pinda and Kurio. Keep your password, devices and recovery codes safe; you're responsible for what's done from them.
- The free trial lasts 7 days, with about 200 photos and no card. When it ends, your account becomes read-only and your links pause until you buy. If you don't buy, we email you, and hosted copies are deleted after about 90 days. Files on your own computer are never touched.
- A one-time purchase includes about 5 GB of hosted storage and the updates of the current major version. A later major version may be a paid upgrade. A storage plan adds about 50 GB. Prices are stated before you buy.
- Refunds: to be confirmed.
What you upload
- You keep every right you have in what you upload. You give us only the permission needed to store it, make web versions, and show it to you and to the people who open your links.
- References are often other people's work. Only upload photos you have the right to use this way. Links are view-only and unlisted, and are meant for the people you send them to.
- Not allowed: content that sexualises minors (reported to the authorities), content shared without the consent of the person shown, illegal content, and using the service to harass anyone.
Copyright complaints
If you believe a board shows your work without permission, write to hello@kurio.pro with the link, the photos, and how to reach you. We remove material that's properly reported, tell the photographer, and close accounts that infringe repeatedly.
The service itself
- We work to keep it running and your data safe, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees. Keep your own copies of anything you can't lose.
- We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can.
- Limitation of liability: to be confirmed.
- Governing law: to be confirmed.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Using Pinda after a change means you accept the new terms.
